Ziplink allows you to quickly transform long, complex URLs into short, branded, and trackable links.

Creating a new link is easy. All you need to do is follow these steps:

Open the link creation page

Click the Create New button in the sidebar.

Enter the destination URL

Paste the long URL you want to shorten into the Destination URL field. Example: https://example.com/long-and-complex-url

Create the link

Click Create link to generate your shortened URL.

Congratulations! 🥳 You’ve successfully created a new link.

When creating or editing a link, you can customize it using the following options:

Title

A custom name to help you identify the link. This title is private and visible only to you and your workspace members. For example, you can use it to describe the purpose of the link or the content it points to. A descriptive title could be My Favorite Recipe or Latest News Update.

Domain

If you have a custom domain connected, you can select it to brand your link.

Alias

Instead of a randomly generated alias (or back-half), you can define a custom alias. The alias must be unique across the selected domain. An alias could be recipe, news, or maybe summer-sales-2025.
