If you need to revoke a team member’s access to your workspace, you can remove them at any time. Removing a member will immediately revoke their access to the workspace’s links, QR codes, analytics, and any other resources they had access to.

How to Remove a Member

Open workspace settings

Click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar, then, in the dropdown menu, select Workspace settings.

Go to the members section

Navigate to the Members section.

Find the member to remove

Locate the team member in the list of current members.

You cannot remove the last member from a workspace. If you would like to delete the workspace instead, read the Delete Workspace guide.

Remove the member

Click on the three dots next to their name to open the dropdown menu, and select Remove member.

Confirm the removal

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Remove to confirm the removal of the member from the workspace.

Once removed, the user will no longer have access to the workspace. If needed, you can invite them again in the future.
